Yeah, Boots, I feel you. All my life, I have ALSO been dreaming of Beyonce. Dreaming of being Beyonce, more specifically, but it seems you – Jordan Asher – have more specific, sexual, sensual, love feelings. Imma call you Dandelion & throw my pie for you feelings.
Hence this amaze new song he wrote that also happens to be FEAT. BEYONCE:
No matter what the future between them may hold (I, personally, still hold out hope that – after all Jay’s infidelities – Queen B got all up in Boots’s boots while they were collaborating on The Visual Album and now they are having a secret extramarital drunk in love affair), I firmly 100% believe and want to believe that Boots is in love with Beyonce and wrote this amazing song for her to show it because he is the most romantic music producer in town who is not fictional/on an episode of Nashville.
Whether or not she “owes him” anything is another story entirely (they’re called ROYALTIE$), but I would like to extend a personal thank you to Team B&B. Because when Boots brought her this track and was like “Maybe we could put the world on standby and you could record these vocals?” and she was like “hell yeah! We’re in a secret creative collaboration of a love affair,” they brought us a gift. Now if we could only get rid of the Jay-Z / Roc Nation of it all and get to work on the mutual magnum opus/dual album. Please and thanks.d baby we got a lot of love to give
Maybe we could put the whole world on standby
